What is templating?

After you have received an estimate a deposit of 50% of the estimated price is required to make a template. An Alpha Stone representative will come to your home or business to make a full scale template of your new concrete piece. Ideally the counter area should be prepared for making a template. The area should be clean and any existing counter top material removed. Measurements are taken and template material is cut on site to insure a perfect fit. Notes are made directly on the template marking hole opening and special features of the new piece. The template will be used in the construction of a form for your new concrete countertop or vanity.
